Stayed at a place with a dining area that made me feel like I was in a college cafeteria. Great location, near a noisy bus station and plenty of shops!
My favorite part was the lack of curtains in the dormitory rooms. Who needs privacy anyway?

Perfect location, city center with supermarkets and shops nearby. Nice rooms, although privacy could be improved with curtains. Spacious kitchen and common areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Gracias!

Recently renovated hostel with clean rooms and nice bathroom fittings. Opportunities to socialize with other guests through family dinners and a WhatsApp group. Convenient location in the quiet pedestrian area near cafes and the bus station. Spacious and comfy private room, with plenty of hot water in the shower. No external sign, but a photo of the front is sent.

I recently stayed at a new and friendly hostel in Vegueta, Las Palmas. The 9-bed dorm was clean and offered privacy. The rooftop terrace was a great addition, and the location was perfect, close to the old town and the main bus station. The staff was helpful and made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hostel.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hostel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooftop terrace was one of my favorite aspects of the hostel, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location of the hostel was also perfect, with easy access to the beautiful old town and the main bus station only a short walk away. And let's not forget about the amazing kitchen! It was the best hostel kitchen I have ever seen, with organized drawers and plenty of space.
While my stay at the hostel was overall great, there were a few minor drawbacks. the dorm room I stayed in was a bit crowded and could get quite warm, especially on the top bunk.

The guest rooms at Compass House were cozy and comfortable, with a shared bathroom and bed linen that gave it a homey feel. Some rooms even had a kitchen with a fridge, which was perfect for storing snacks and drinks. As a laid-back traveler, I loved the homely vibe and the convenience of having a kitchen.
Personally, I would have preferred if all the rooms had a kitchen with a fridge. But hey, that's just me!
